This website, hoodgrove.com, is operated by Hoodgrove ("we", "us", "our"), based in Singapore. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Anyone younger may use the site only with a parent or guardian.
We try to show our products, colors and sizes as accurately as possible. Colors can look slightly different on different screens, and the hoodie is one size (about 96 cm long). Product descriptions, heat levels and temperatures are based on manufacturer information.
4. Product safety and proper use
The Hoodgrove Heated Hoodie Blanket is powered by a USB connection (5V). A power bank is not included. To use it safely:
- Follow the care and use instructions that come with the product.
- Unplug the USB cable and remove the power module before washing.
- Do not use it while sleeping, and do not leave it switched on unattended.
- Do not use it on infants, young children, or anyone who cannot feel heat or remove the hoodie themselves.
- Do not fold, crush or sit directly on the heating panel while it is switched on.
- Stop using it immediately if it feels too hot, smells of burning, or the cable or panel is damaged.
- Use a good-quality, certified USB power bank or adapter.
If you have a medical condition or reduced sensation, ask your doctor before using heated products. This product is not a medical device and is not intended to treat any condition.
All prices are in US dollars. Prices and promotions can change at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. Bundle discounts apply automatically at checkout as shown on the product page. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a pricing error appears, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
We currently ship to the United States only. Shipping times and our process for delays are explained in our Shipping Policy. If your order cannot ship within the time stated, we will contact you and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which includes a 30-day return window.
If you send us reviews, photos or comments, you allow us to display them on our site and social media. You agree that anything you submit is honest, is your own, and is not unlawful, offensive or misleading. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning, and we do not post fake reviews.
You may not use our site to break any law, to infringe anyone's rights, to upload viruses or harmful code, to collect other people's personal information, to commit fraud, or to interfere with the site's security or operation.
11. Intellectual property
The Hoodgrove name, logo, website design, text and images belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Our store runs on Shopify, and we use third-party services for payments, shipping and analytics. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to how they handle your information. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our site.
Apart from the promises we make in these terms and our policies, our site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs that arise because you broke these terms or the law while using our site.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it is posted.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections given to you by the consumer laws of the country or state where you live.
