Refund policy

 

30-day returns You have 30 days after your order arrives to request a return. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to start a return Email us at matterhorn21@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Return shipping If you change your mind, return shipping is paid by you. If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we cover it: email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or a full refund, usually without needing the item back.

Refunds Once your return is received and checked, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
